Janhavi Suresh Navrang is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company since February 1, 2025. She holds a degree in bachelor of commerce from the University of Mumbai, Maharashtra and a degree in masters of commerce from the University of Mumbai, Maharashtra. She is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Prior to joining our Company, she was associated with SDA Advisors Private Limited as an assistant company secretary, CA Kamal Dhanuka & Co. as a senior associate, and Fineotex Chemical Limited as a trainee. She has three years of experience in secretarial compliance.
