She has authored two books on leadership and business etiquettes. She is Director and shareholder in Human Capital for Third Sector, India. She is also a director on the board of International School of Corporate Etiquette & Protocol, Masas Consultants International, Human Capital For Third Sector, Flexi Staffing Solutions, Hunt Consulting Services, and Barefoot International.
